Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the Taperline online store and any purchase you make from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Products and pricing — We try to show product colours, sizes and details as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.
  2. Orders — Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is unavailable, the price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
  3. Payment — Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. You confirm that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
  4. Shipping, returns and refunds — Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  5. Promotions — Offers and discount codes are valid for the period stated, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be combined unless we say so.
  6. Intellectual property — All content on this store (text, images, videos, logo) belongs to Taperline or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent.
  7. Use of the store — You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to access it unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent purposes.
  8. Liability — To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited as allowed under the Australian Consumer Law, which always applies.
  9. Changes to these terms — We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
